Introducing… A Clean Mind 3.0!

It’s here, folks, A Clean Mind 3.0. Woohoo!! This represents the third iteration (I think) of this wild adventure that began in 2011. I think we’re really onto something now, and it’s faster and more powerful than anything I ever could’ve imagined. Like its predecessor, it’s a 24/7 approach, it’s incredibly simple, and it’s very [more…]

Psychic Client’s Vision Happens To Me… The Next Day

So I have this psychic client that I’ve really enjoyed working with. We had a session recently, and just before she left, she said she had a message for me – it popped in her head just like that. She described some official papers, like a will. In fact, clarity came in that it was [more…]

Spiritual Folks – Buy This For Only $111!

Hi good folks. I’ve mentioned the teacher Matt Kahn before, like when I wrote about his video about raising your vibration by… talking nicely to yourself. Yes, it is funny. Because that works way better than all the crazy woowoo stuff we do. That stuff is fine, though, and wonderful! But only after you start [more…]

The Amazing “Resources” Email That I Always Send Out

It just occurred to me that I haven’t shared with you the “Resources” email that I send to clients, and of course to friends if they ask. I used to write down good books and such for clients in our first session, and then my hand started to hurt. So I got smarter (or lazier?) [more…]

Thoughts On An Updated Christianity

Okay folks, since it’s Sunday, let’s talk about the current state of Christianity. And please know ahead of time that I’m no religious expert and that this is just an open, honest sharing. And I’m cool with whatever anyone chooses to believe. This is not meant to “stir the pot” or offend anyone. It might, [more…]

Book: Dying To Be Me

Hello Good Folks. So we got The God Post out of the way, and then we talked about these deeper feelings of peace that supposedly live inside each of us, underneath our old pain and wounds. Now let’s talk about the amazing and transformative book that I’ve recently mentioned, Dying To Be Me by Anita Moorjani. Because [more…]

The God Post

NOTE: If you’re here to check me out as a potential counselor, this might or might not be a good measuring stick of what you’ll find, depending on your beliefs. I love to write about my take on “deep stuff,” but I’m an excellent and effective counselor for an atheist, too! I do my best to teach [more…]

Spiritual, Religious, Atheist, or Agnostic? All Good!

Hello, good folks. When I’ve written before about stuff that might be perceived as “spiritual,” I know that some might have thought that I hate religion or judge people that follow a religion. So I’m writing this to make it clear that I definitely, absolutely, positively don’t! I’ll admit that I totally used to, though. I’m [more…]

A Belated Easter Message For All Humans

I did not intend to write these recent posts with different takes on Christian themes, but such is life; it twists and turns like a river. Unless, of course, the Army Corps of Engineers tries to straighten the river, as they did to Central Florida’s Kissimmee River in the 1960’s. This predictably turned out to be an [more…]

The Gospel of Thomas & Our Innocent Judgments

This post is a continuation of my previous post on the innocence of our judgments and how we don’t have to judge them. We judge so much, and then we judge ourselves for judging. And if you look, you’ll see that the secondary one is where the real pain is. And it is optional! The first one [more…]

All anybody really wants is peace. The good news is that peace can be learned. I’m serious. This should be taught in middle school, but it’s not. So I’m teaching it now.
